Disclosure are back with a brand new track and the third single from their upcoming debut album "Settle". Premiered last week on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show, the brothers have gone back to their garage roots and produced another massive track, which has the potential to be their first UK number 1 single. "You & Me" is available April 28th!
